Butler's Courtyard Named to "Best of Weddings Hall of Fame” by The Knot

Wedding at Gazebo

Newly engaged brides take notice - one of League City’s oldest venues has been recognized by industry leading website The Knot as a “Best of Weddings Hall of Fame” award winner, which recognizes vendors that have earned four or more “Best of Weddings” awards over the last few years.

Butler’s Courtyard, located in an old bank building that dates back to 1909 also features a barn, a gazebo that is popular for wedding ceremonies, an outdoor tent, and two historic homes renovated to house the wedding parties.

The facility is run by sisters Amber Murphy and Shawna Erminger, who have become caretakers of a family legacy that was carefully crafted by their parents Nancy and Ronnie Richards.

In addition to weddings, the facility is also equipped to handle corporate meetings, seminars, family gatherings, and more.

The recent expansion to The Fig Factory on 6th Street gives the sisters the opportunity to hold multiple events at the same time.
