Best Pizza in League City

Ahhh! The perfect slice of pizza! A nice thin crispy crust, stringy hot cheese, and my favorite toppings: pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, and jalapenos. What about you? What’s your perfect pizza?

For each person what constitutes the perfect pizza slice may be different, but regardless of the toppings and crust type, one statistic remains constant, 83 percent of restaurant consumers eat pizza at least once per month (Technomic study). Now, that’s a lot of pizza!

From deep-dish Chicago style pizza to New York’s thin crust foldable slices, everyone has their own criteria for what makes for a perfect pizza. The following are League City’s most recommended pizza joints on Yelp for February 2019.

One of the newest establishments on the list is Little Bella Mia located just off I-45 in the Pinnacle Park development having taken over space previously occupied by Pizza Fire.

“Food is amazing as well as the atmosphere. So far I've had the salad, pizza, and muffuletta. Food is fresh and very flavorful. This spot doesn't break the bank and has many options as well.” Hannah R., San Antonio, TX (Yelp)

Located just down the service road in the HEB anchored shopping center is MOD Pizza with its eclectic feel and unique topping combinations and salad pizza. MOD also has a second storefront located near the crossing of Hwy. 96 and South Shore Blvd.

“My new favorite pizza place! So many healthy options with a friendly energetic staff make me want to come back often. Also conveniently located to grab a quick meal while running errands, working, or feeding your family.” Terri J., Dickinson, TX (Yelp)

Looking for something in the heart of League City? Located near the corner of Highway 3 and FM 518 on the western edge of the City’s historic downtown is Luigi’s Pizza and Pasta.

“This is the best pizza in LC!! I eat here at least twice a month. The food is delicious, the service is incredible! Please do yourself a favor and try this place out!!” Alexandria A., Dallas, TX(Yelp)

As you head east on FM 518 away from downtown, don’t miss Roma Pizza tucked into the back corner in the Kroger shopping center. This hidden gem can be accessed by turning right into the Kroger Fuel Center and proceeding to the back of the plaza or off South Egret Bay Blvd.

“Excellent NY style pizza. Great subs. Quality ingredients, consistent, clean, comfy and welcoming. The owner and his employees are very nice and professional. This place is a gem.” Andrea N., League City, TX(Yelp)

Our last two stops on our pizza tour are located in the South Shore Harbour area. The first, Pizza King, is located across the street from Clear Creek High School and behind the Jersey Mike’s sandwich shop. This small little shop – just 4 tables – is a favorite take-out and delivery option.

“This is the best delivery pizza for the price in League City, I've been getting the special 1 large pizza 2 toppings and garlic knots for a few years now every time I feel the urge for delivery pizza keep up the good work pizza king.” Shawn B., League City, TX(Yelp)

And who can forget about Marco’s Pizza located in the plaza at the entrance to the South Shore Harbour Resort and Conference Center?

“Marco’s Pizza had many great reviews and I was super happy to read about excellent customer service. So, what's the pizza verdict? Delish!!! It was packed with toppings, cooked to perfection, and still hot from the oven. Y’all need a quick pizza fix - call Marcos!” Yvette A., Houston, TX(Yelp)

Like I said before, everyone has their own personal favorite pizza, but these Yelp contributors have some pretty strong opinions about these League City pizzerias.
